VPLL1912 Project

Today I want to sewing and, after my sewing teacher reminded me, I looked up the VPLL1912 Project. It is a project started by the Vintage Pattern Lending Library where they are getting people to test out patterns from the year of 1912. They are recreating all of the patterns from the issues of La Mode Journal from that year.

To join in you can sign up and, from what I understand, they will assign you to a group and are then able to download the patterns. Testers then post their experiences with the pattern (problems, alterations, preferences, ect.) to either their own blog or the project's blog.

It seems like a really cool idea. I have filled out their sign-up form and hopefully I can figure out what you are supposed to do next to get the patterns. Until then I guess I'll stick with studying for finals.
